1 Çorba kaşığı salça
Reyhan otu
Tuz, karabiber
Hazırlanışı
Kıymayı derin bir kaba alın.
Soğanı rendeleyip, kıymaya ilave edin.
Bulgur, sıvıyağ, tuz ve karabiberi ekleyip karıştırın.
Şalgamları soyup, 5 milim kalınlığında dilimleyin.
10 Dakika kadar haşlayın.
Hazırladığınız harca elinizle köfte şekli verin, şalgam dilimlerinin arasına yerleştirin ve tencereye dizin.
Üzerine tereyağında kavrulmuş salçayı gezdirin ve su ilave edin.
Şalgamları yumuşayana dek pişirin.
Üzerine reyhan otu ilave edip, servis yapın.
